A Little About Me
I grew up in a small town on the west coast of Sweden, where hard work wasn’t optional, it was how life worked. My mom raised me while working three jobs, and from an early age I learned what it meant to take pride in what you do.
Everything changed when I stepped into luxury hospitality.
I trained at one of the world’s top hotel schools and went on to spend over a decade working inside five-star hotels in London and the San Francisco Bay Area. Not just in service, but in finance and operations, where I saw how exceptional experiences are actually built.
Because what most people don’t see is this:
Five-star service isn’t about doing more.
It’s about designing things so well that less is needed.
When I moved into the online business space, I saw a gap immediately.
